The Faintest Song

The faintest song that I ever heard sailed into my day and proceeded to play my questions away through echoes So fine the tune then lingered for a while in a vacuum so still that sound never will endeavor to fill the silence And I played and played and I played and played all day long to this faintest song the love of which I could not resist no more And I played and played and I played and played all night long in the field of dream the truth of which I could not resist no more
